Purpose and Privacy Policy

QUICKLOG is a free flight-log and briefing notepad for iPad, designed for pilots who need a fast departure, arrival, and logbook sheet that still works offline.

Airports and block times included are specific to one airline in particular, but in general the app can be used by anyone who wants a compact iPad log and OFP copy helper.

Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal user data.

QUICKLOG is a calculation and notepad tool that operates on your device. Flight times, names, remarks, and log lines stay on that device and are not sent to us.

If you open the website in Safari (not the Home Screen app), the page may send one anonymous daily open-count to a public counter. That ping has no name, email, flight data, or device identifier. The Home Screen web app and the native iPad app do not send it.

Local Storage

The app may use local storage on your device to:

• Remember the current YOUR LOG form and a short logbook history
• Remember theme, default PIC name, and undo
• Store app version information, for update notifications
• Cache the web app shell so it works offline

This data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third parties as part of the app’s normal use.

No User Tracking

We do not collect or store personal data, so there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete on our side. All information you enter remains on your device and can be cleared by deleting the web app or uninstalling the iPad app.

QUICKLOG does not:

• Create user accounts
• Track your flights or behaviour
• Use advertising or analytics SDKs
• Collect device identifiers for advertising
• Share logbook data with third parties
• Use cookies for tracking purposes

Permissions

The web app may use the clipboard when you copy OFP or log text, and may open another installed flight app (for example FLIGHT / Aviobook) after a copy. The native iPad app may also ask for notification permission so a crew-rest end alert can fire while the device is locked.

QUICKLOG does not request or require access to:

• Location services
• Camera
• Microphone
• Contacts
• Photos
• Bluetooth
